Sell and Rent back

If you own a house and are not able to meet the mortgage and are scared that the house will be taken away then the best thing to do is sell and rent back. By selling you will get enough money to pay away any debts that you have incurred and also make you free from the mortgage and the reasons that have stopped you from house repossession. Here is the thing, we all know how precious our own home is to us and we never would want to sell it. However, there is an option, you can sell your house to the broker or the investor and then ask them to rent back the house to you. This way you will live in the same house and save on the mortgage money. Rent the house and live there till you can afford to buy it back.
