Phillip
Crofts started his career as a trainee chef at the well
respected Orton Hall Hotel . During his two years with the
team they were awarded an AA rosette for their efforts.
Later in Phil's career he worked at one the regions best
restaurants; The Haycock at Wansford as a Demi Chef De
partie.
Phil joined Howsafe in
September 2005 and has personally handpicked our new range
of Chefstyle chefs clothing. With nearly ten years in the
trade who is more qualified to select the right garment
for the job?

Mark
Curtis of the 'Ye Olde Bridge Inn'
must
be one of the youngest Head Chefs in the country. Now aged
only 19, he was a year younger when he fist assumed his
role at the Crowland restaurant.
With a CV that includes experience in the
Michelin
starred Waldo’s restaurant, Mark has packed a lot of
variety into his short career.
Chefstyle is proud to support Mark as part of its campaign
to promote young Chefs in the United Kingdom. We are also
currently involved in helping our local FutureChef
competition by providing free of charge chefs clothing
